Participants may request a refund only after completing the full 10-week program, demonstrating that the program did not adequately prepare them for employment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of program completion. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, participants must meet the following conditions:

Attend a minimum of 20 live lectures.Review all pre-recorded video materials.

Complete a CV and optimize their LinkedIn profile.Follow each step of the program diligently and in full.

Failure to fulfill these conditions disqualifies the participant from a refund request.

3. Flexible Resolution Process

Before initiating a refund request through financial institutions or banks, participants must first contact BetterCyberCareer for resolution. This ensures a fair evaluation of their concerns and allows for potential alternative solutions.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided before the completion of the program.Participants who fail to meet attendance and coursework requirements will not be eligible for refunds.Refunds will not be granted due to failure to secure employment, as job placement is not guaranteed.

5. Legal Compliance

The Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, emphasizing fairness and mutual understanding between the parties involved. This refund policy adheres to applicable laws and respects the legal rights of all participants.
